The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Professional to be part of our Solar and Mini-Split Sales Team. Must not only be good at relationship building, but also be able to understand and sell Residential and Commercial Solar Installation. We often cross-sell with efficient Mini-split heat pumps. Technical training is available, but experience in either field is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Educate homeowners and business owners on the benefits of solar energy.

• Generate and follow up on qualified leads. Self-generated, and call-in.

• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations.

• Design and customize solar solutions based on client's needs - in consult with our design team.

• Guide clients through the sales process from start to finish.

• Meet and routinely exceed monthly sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

• Sales experience preferred (solar, roofing, or home improvement a plus).

• Reliable transportation and smartphone.
