OPEN POSITIONS:

Join our dynamic team at Shaw Solar! We are looking for a motivated individual to support our solar, electrical and HVAC operations.
Schedule & Compensation
Days: Mon–Fri.
Start Time: 6 AM.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Benefits: includes health insurance, 401(k) with 4% employer match, PTO, paid holidays and profit sharing (available after eligibility periods).
Key Responsibilities
Logistics: Assist with getting trucks and crews out in the morning.
Inventory: Stock new orders/equipment, organize materials, and manage warehouse inventory.
Deliveries: Load, unload, and receive equipment from shippers; run parts to job sites as needed.
Maintenance: Clean trucks and warehouse, handle trash/recycling, and perform general property maintenance.
Fleet: Assist with basic truck maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure and fluids).
Required Qualifications
Physical: Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to a positive work environment.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently.
Safety: Strict adherence to all safety guidelines.
Licensing: Maintain a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Skills
Forklift: Experience or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of request.
